CFS Nutrition Coaching
How Does it Work?
This program pairs you with a trained CFS Nutrition coach to discuss your individual goals and determine your current eating and fitness habits. Your coach will assign your daily macros* and teach you the ins and outs of meal prepping, tracking food, and much more.
They will show you how to track your progress on the fitness app, Trainerize. You’ll log your weight, macros, milestones, and photos (if you choose) and will have weekly accountability check-ins where your coach will listen, adjust, and help you learn about your anatomy and relationship with food.
Your coach also understands factors such as stress and sleep play a significant role in your overall health and wellness. You’ll receive counseling on how to create consistency and healthy habits for the long-term.
