Strength Club focuses on building strength through traditional barbell and body building movements. Hosted in a fun learning environment, class participants will learn proper technique, best practices and form for lifts like squats, overhead press and deadlifts, as well as other various exercises to build strength and power.
The class begins with a warm-up, including dynamic stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body for weightlifting. Participants will then move on to skill work and accessory exercises to target specific muscle groups and improve overall fitness. The class is suitable for people of all levels of fitness, from beginners to experienced weightlifters.
